Chris Dufault - Program
& Percussion Consultant

Chris Dufault - Chris joined the Muchachos staff in the fall of 2007. Chris has been involved in the Drum Corps community as a player and a teacher for over 30 yrs. He has been involved with the 27th Lancers, Boston Crusaders, Fitchburg Kingsmen, Leicester Satellites, Gardner High School, along with other local New England groups. He also gives private lessons in the Massachusetts area. In 2006, Chris finished a 20 year stint as Percussion Caption Head with the Spartans of Nashua, NH, during which time he helped the Spartans win several DCI Division II World Championships and a percussion title. Chris currently lives in Fitchburg, MA.

Aaron Boissonnault

Aaron Boissonnault - Was a member of the Spartans from 1992 through 1996, learning under the guidance of Chris Dufault and served as section leader the last two years. Prior to marching with the Spartans, Aaron was a student of Ed Sterling where he learned all aspects of percussion playing including keyboard and tympani. Aaron is also currently working with the Bow, NH High School drumline as well as the Bishop Guertin indoor percussion line. Aaron is a NH native and currently lives in Hooksett, NH with his wife and 2 sons.

Todd Breen
Percussion Caption Head

Todd Breen - As Percussion Caption Head, Todd is responsible for the instruction of the Muchachos Drum Line. "My position with the Corps is to educate people in music reading, technique, comprehension, teamwork skills, and to create a fun musical learning experience."

Todd sees the Muchachos improving in the future with better music skills and leadership, leading to increased membership. Todd says that "Joining the Muchachos is a great way to perform as a musician, to make new friends, enjoy new experiences, build self-esteem, and to learn to work as a team."

Todd has performed with the Granite State Garrison; Spartans, NH Philharmonic Orchestra and the Muchachos from 1983 to 2001 and has taught percussion with the Spartans; Keene and Monadnock, NH, High Schools, Northern Lights Sr. Drum & Bugle Corps; and is currently teaching Concord, NH, High School and the Muchachos.
